C-31 Additive Change Order #1 for Clay High School Buildings 1, 2, & 3 Electric Panels Replacement
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for adding circuits in panels L2 and P1.
Recommended Action
Approve the Change Order.
Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $834.51. The Substantial Completion date is July 1, 2010. Final Completion date is July 16, 2010. Architect fees will increase by $50.07 as a result of this change order.
