C-27 Internal Funds Audits for the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year
Issue/Rationale
State Board of Education Rule 6A-1.087(2) requires that the Board provide for the performance of an annual audit of internal funds by a person certified by the State Board of Accountancy.
All firms recommended are well qualified to perform these audits.
Recommended Action
Approve the ten firms recommended to perform the internal funds audits.
Financial Impact
The cost of contracting for this service was considered in the original budget.
