The School Board and NEFLIN have contracted for Professional Development Contractors and Service Contractors since 2012.  On June 1, 2013 a Master Services Agreement commenced and shall remain in effect for so long as performance required pursuant to the terms of any Attachment(s) remains outstanding.  The Director of Purchasing and School Board Attorney work simultaneously when it comes to renewing existing Attachment(s) and the request for additional services as new Attachment(s). 

Authorize Director of Purchasing to contract for purchase and sign Renewing and New Attachment(s) to the Master Services Agreement once parameters are finalized.

Cost varies depending on services rendered:  Estimated $4,500.00+
