C-60 Orange Park High School Smoke Corridor Building 1 Contract Award

Issue/Rationale

This project is listed in the 2013/2014 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval.

 

The bid opening was held Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had two (2) bidders.  The low bid came in significantly over budget.  This project will be analyzed, redeveloped, and rebudgeted in the 2014/2015 Educational Facilities Plan.

 



Recommended Action

Reject all bids.
