Clay Virtual Academy (CVA), following state statutes, contracts with Virtual Instruction Providers (VIP).  Contracts with FLVS, K12, NEFLIN, Odysseyware, V School and other VIP for Virtual Instruction and contracts with Contractors for CVA Instructional Content and Course Preparation must be negotiated for pricing and general terms.  The Director of Purchasing and School Board Attorney submit minor wording changes to such vendors for finalization.  The Director of Purchasing needs authorization to contract for purchase when language has been finalized.

Authorize Director of Purchasing to purchase and sign contracts once parameters are finalized.

Fees per student and contractors vary depending on courses and contracts.  Previous Year Fees:  $50 per student per semester for FLVS, $4295 per full time student for K12, $150 per student completer for NEFLIN.
