Request approval of General Agreement for Temporary Services.  This Agreement gives the Board the flexibility to contract temporary services and work through a Letter Purchase Order.  The Boards current contract expires June 30, 2014.

Approve two (2) year contract to implement an Agreement between the Clay County School Board and DES of Florida, LLC

None.  Any Temporary Services and work would come to Board under a Letter Purchase Order and would indicate any financial impact for approval.
