Legal contracts and agreements with colleges and universities must be approved by the School Board.  The 2014-2015 Memorandum of Understanding with the University of North Florida allows continuation of the present SPRINT/EXCEL teaching positions.  Approval would allow us to continue this cooperative relationship with UNF which greatly benefits both the School District and the University.

Cost to Clay County is one-half each of two teachers’ salaries and benefits.
