C-48 Contract Between the School Board of Clay County, Florida and Insuracheck (Revised)

Issue/Rationale

The purpose of this contract is to provide electronic redeposit of checks returned to Schools' Internal Accounts and Food and Nutrition Services as Non-Sufficient (NSF) or uncollected funds.

This procedure for collection of checks returned as NSF or uncollected funds will apply to all School Board of Clay County schools.

Recommended Action
Approve the contract between the School Board of Clay County and Insuracheck, as submitted.
