C-12 Consultant Services for Title I schools (Revised)

Issue/Rationale
Consultant Services for Title I schools exceeds the amount stated in the Professional Development policy. The workshop will be July 21, 2006 for all K-2 teachers at Title I eligible schools. The presenter is Catherine Kuhns, nationally known consultant with Staff Development for Educators (SDE). The cost for the training is approximately $2,300.00.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the consultant services.

Financial Impact
None. Funds from the Title I grant will be used to pay for the consultant services.
