Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order upgrades necessary mechanical equipment, removes unnecessary railing outside the cafeteria, and additional painting not in the contract. Contractor:  M. M. Parrish Construction Company; Architect:  Paul Stresing & Associates, Inc.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $13,490.00.  The substantial completion date is January 13, 2011.  Architect fees will increase by $564.00 as a result of this Change Order.
