C-28 Payment of Bonds for Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Board Members

Issue/Rationale

State Board of Education Administrative Rules 6A-1.0692 requires that the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Board Members be bonded.

It is a legal requirement that bonds be obtained on the above positions.

Recommended Action
Approve bond payment as submitted.

Financial Impact
These bonds are budgeted for in the original budget. Therefore, there is no fiscal impact.
