C-38 Lake Asbury Elementary School Property Conveyance by Sale to the Clay County Board of County Commissioners

Issue/Rationale

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) has made an offer to acquire a portion of the property owned by the School Board of Clay County and located at the entrance to Lake Asbury Elementary School for the purpose of widening Henley Road (CR 729). A resolution and purchase agreement are included for signature along with supporting documents.

Recommended Action

Approve the conveyance of the property.

Financial Impact

The total purchase price, payable by the BCC for the purchase is $6,100.00.
