The development for the state of Florida on iTunes U is a cooperative project with the Florida Department of Education, Apple, Inc, the University of South Florida, and other non-profit organizations and districts that provide access to quality digital content resources.

The agreement is to become a content partner and provide audio, video, and PDF resources that will be hosted on the iTunesU site.  The agreement is also a contract to follow guidelines identified by DOE and federal copyright regulations.

Bill Ralls will serve as designee to review any Clay County submissions and certify that they meet guidelines and copyright requirements.
