C-30 Additive Change Order #4 for Orange Park High School Smoke Corridor Building 1, Phase I (Days Only)

Issue/Rationale

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive change is for days only due to the contractor's delay in providing the subcontractors' Maintenance and Operations Manuals and final pay request in accordance with the contract.



Recommended Action

Approve the Change Order.



Financial Impact

If approved, this Change Order will add (35) thirty-five additional days to the contract.  The substantial completion date was August 12, 2015. Final Completion date is September 30, 2015.  Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order.
