D-5 Request approval to negotiate with finalist in the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)

Issue/Rationale
Authorize the Superintendent to designate authority to the Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs, Assistant Superintendent for Information & Technology, and the Director of Purchasing to administratively facilitate the process of contract negotiations with the vendor finalist in order to bring a contract back to the School Board for approval.


Recommended Action
Approve designations and contract negotiations process, as presented.
