C-35 Redesignate OakLeaf School to OakLeaf Junior High School

Issue/Rationale

The School Board is responsible for the naming of all schools. With the completion of Plantation Oaks Elementary and the reorganization of grades at the OakLeaf School, it is recommended that the school be redesignated as OakLeaf Junior High School grades 6, 7 and 8 effective June 6, 2009.

Recommended Action

Approve the name change.
