Issue Rationale for renewals as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a.  Gasoline, Diesel, Heating and Emergency Generator Fuel Bid #06-SCH-93.  Amend bid to allow for the purchase of 87 Octane fuel and adjust Items 1, 2 & 4 from conventional gasoline to E10, volatile hydrocarbon fuel.  These changes will allow the District to save money by purchasing a lower octane level and meet the Mandate for the purchase of E10 a blend of 10% ethanol & 90% gasoline.  The Awarded Vendor has signed amendment.    

Extend renewals as follows:
