Agenda Item #35 Item Title C-39 Additive Change Order #8 for Ridgeview High School Cafeteria Expansion, Phase II Issue/Rationale Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for close-out of the project (see attached). Recommended Action Approve the Change Order. Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $7,000.00. The Substantial Completion date was August 9, 2013. Final Completion date is November 4, 2014. Architect fees will increase by $491.40 as a result of this change order. Submitted By John C.
