C-29 Bank Resolutions Due to Change of School Board Chairman and Vice-Chairman
Issue/Rationale
Due to the election of a new School Board Chairman and Vice-Chairman, bank resolutions will be filed with the banks to support new signatures on the bank accounts.
This is a necessary procedural step to notify banks of the change in leadership.
Recommended Action
Approve the Bank Resolutions, as presented.
