November 19, 2013 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #45 Item Title D-4 Contract with Sabrina Gaston for secretarial services to School Board Attorney (Mrs. Studdard) Issue/Rationale Board attorney requires that the School Board provide Board Attorney with secretarial services.  Contract is necessary to provide such services. Recommended Action Superintendent does not recommend approval.  Secretarial services must be delivered in a more transparent manner.  Consideration must be given to the letter and spirit of Florida Statute 112.313.
