C-30 Bank Resolutions Due to Change of School Board Chairperson and Vice Chairperson

Issue/Rationale

Due to the election of a new School Board Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, bank resolutions will be filed with the banks to support new signatures on the bank accounts.

This is a necessary procedural step to notify banks of the change in leadership.

Recommended Action
Approve the Bank Resolutions, as presented.
