C-24 Amendments to the SDCC Internal Accounts Manual
Issue/Rationale
Amendment to current Internal Accounts Manual adopted by the Clay County School Board. Section 6A-1.087, F.A.C. (State Board of Education Rules) designates the responsibility of Internal Funds to the School Boards and directs the Boards to adopt written policies governing the receipt and disbursement of funds. The SDCC Internal Accounts Manual represents a comprehensive set of policies and procedural guidelines governing the receipt and disbursement of internal funds.
The purpose of this item is to update specified pages of the SDCC Internal Accounts Manual.
Recommended Action
Approve the update to the SDCC Internal Accounts Manual, as presented.
Financial Impact
There is no direct financial effect on schools or budgets by the approval of the revisions to the SDCC Internal Accounts Manual.
