Issue/Rationale

State Board of Education Administrative Rules 6A-1.0692 requires that the Chairman and Vice Chairman be bonded.

It is a legal requirement that bonds be obtained on the above positions.

Recommend approval of the request.

Financial Impact
These bonds are budgeted for in the original budget. Therefore, there is no fiscal impact.
