C-26 Bank Resolutions due to the Change of School Board Chairperson

Issue/Rationale

Assuming the election of a new Chairperson during the re-organizational meeting, bank resolutions will have to be filed with the bank to support new signatures on the bank accounts.

This is a necessary procedural step to notify banks of the change in leadership of the Board.

Recommended Action
Approve the Bank Resolutions.

Financial Impact
There is no financial impact relating to the approval of the Bank Resolutions.
