Michael C’Miel appealed the Board’s approval of the Superintendent’s recommendation that he be terminated for cause.  The hearing officer, Carol Vallencourt, after full hearing, has signed a Recommended Order affirming the termination of Michael C’Miel and denying his appeal.  Michael C’Miel did not file a proposed final order and he did not file exceptions to the proposed final order filed by Petitioner.  It is up to the full Board to either grant his appeal, or reject the appeal and adopt Mrs. Vallencourt’s Recommended Order.
