Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for exterior building clean-up (see attached).

Approve the Change Order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $23,129.00.  The Substantial Completion date is December 23, 2011.  Final Completion date is January 22, 2012.  Architect fees will increase by $1,387.74 as a result of this change order.
