Issue/Rationale
Establish a Final Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. Final Completion was achieved on November 4, 2011. The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (KPI Engineering, Inc.), has reached Final Completion in accordance with the project documents.
