Issue/Rationale

Certificate of Insurance is required for companies displaying due to additional liability.

Proof of Certificate of Insurance will allow the School Board to consider fireworks at this event.

Recommended Action

Approve OPH to obtain Certificate of Insurance for fireworks as submitted.
