October 15, 2013 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #14 Item Title C-15 SEDNET Mary Kay Young contract 2013-14. Issue/Rationale The Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. (LSF) contract will provide funding for counseling services for May Kay Young, LMHC to provide out-patient counseling services to E/BD students approved by the Family Service Planning Team (FSPT).  The Multiagency Network for Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) will coordinate the consultative services. Recommended Action Approve Mary Kay Young, LMHC, contract for 2013-14. Financial Impact There is no cost to The School District of Clay County. Submitted By Terry D.
