October 15, 2013 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #37 Item Title D-2 Discuss and take action on Clay County School District sponsorship of "Dare to Think" Conference Issue/Rationale The School Board was not notified or consulted prior to the use of the School District's name as a sponsor of this event.  The School Board should discuss and take action on the question of whether or not the District name, sales tax exempt status, contractual authority, agency rental discount and exposure to liability should be associated with sponsorship of this event.
