Item Title
C-37 Additive Change Order #1 for Keystone Heights Elementary School Replacement of Transite Panels and Doors on East Wall, Buildings 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Once a Change Order is initiated, review/evaluation is undertaken to determine the merit and/or requirement of the Change Order. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board. Change Orders affect the scope of the project (see attached summary) and are required to be School Board approved by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes.
Recommended Action
Approve the Change Order as submitted.
Financial Impact
$1,727.00. This addition to the construction contract will be paid from Special Maintenance Section III funds.
