C-3 Advertise CCSB Policy 6GX-10-1.12 Anti-Bullying and Harassment

Issue/Rationale
Florida Statute 1006.147 was created by the Legislature in the 2008 legislative session. The statute requires that the School Board create and implement a policy against bullying and harassment no later than December 1, 2008. The policy must contain the elements and be in a format created by FDOE.

Recommended Action
Approve policy for advertising as submitted.
