Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  Final Completion was achieved on September 6, 2010.

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (Harvard Jolly), has reached Final Completion in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a Final Completion date must be formally established.
