Issue/Rationale
Changing language from “Commissions” to “Service Fee” for Medical Contract only on Aetna’s Billing and Collection Agreement. Key Gap Plan is a new benefit and Aon’s commission for the 2011-2012 plan year is equal to 4% of total premium which is paid directly by the Key Benefit Resources our Carrier.

Approved change to Billing and Collection Agreement and 4% commission for Key Gap Plan
