Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for re-routing duct work and adding mechanical closets for HVAC air handlers, credit for ignition barrier at roof spray foam, adding 4,182.30 square feet of drywall, and adding muntin kits at entrance doors.

Approve the Change Order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $30,101.80.  The Substantial Completion date is December 9, 2011.  Final Completion date is January 8, 2012.  Architect fees will increase by $639.54 as a result of this change order.
