Item Title
C-38 Final Completion of Demolition (Phase I) at Charles E. Bennett Elementary School

Issue/Rationale

Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  The Final Completion date is September 29, 2006.

 

This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A.), is finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a final completion date must be formally established.  Contractor: M. M. Parrish Construction.



Recommended Action

Approve Final Completion.
