Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. Substantial Completion was achieved on August 8, 2011. This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect/Engineer (KPI Engineering, Inc.), is substantially complete and in accordance with the project documents. Contractor: W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractors, Inc.
Recommended Action
Approve Substantial Completion.
