Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  The Final Completion date is August 11, 2010.

This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (KPI Engineering, Inc.), is finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a final completion date must be formally established.  Contractor: W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractors.
