Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is required to add days to the contract due to rain.  Contractor:  Hager Construction Company; Engineer:  KPI Engineering, Inc. 

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will add additional days for delays in shipping of needed components for the HVAC units due to heavy rain in Mexico where the components are manufactured.
