Adopt the 2010-11 Discretionary Critical Needs (Operating) Mill Levy
Issue/Rationale
If the district chooses to levy the supplemental critical operating needs mill levy. (The .25 Equalization shown previously is to districts who do not generate at least $132.59 per student with the levy for 2010-11.)
Recommended Action
Motion to adopt the supplemental critical operating needs mill levy of 0.250 which is (7.99) percent less than the rolled-back rate.
Financial Impact
The levy will generate $2,343,200 to Fund 100, and $2,427,770 in compression adjustment.
