Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is required to identify the cost savings that were generated by not replacing all the main electrical contractor relays.  Contractor:  W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc.; Engineer:  KPI Engineering, Inc. 

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will decrease the contract amount by $450.00.
