Public Hearing to approve, as advertised, Amended Notice of Tax for School Capital Outlay for 2006-2007 School Year

Issue/Rationale

The School Board is required to advertise in a local newspaper the appropriations of 2 mill Capital Outlay funds.

State law requires the use of 2 mill Capital Outlay funds to be advertised in a local newspaper.

Recommended Action

Approve as requested.

Financial Impact

Approximately $200,000 for construction of group restroom at Bannerman Learning Center.
