Issue/Rationale
Federal law requires an annual review of the CCSB Wellness Policy for Students to make sure guidelines are being followed, or funding may be withheld. There were no changes made to the policy for the 2007-2008 school year.

Recommended Action
Approve continuation of policy as submitted.
