C-23 Orange Park High School and Keystone Heights High School to obtain a Certificate of Insurance for Fireworks at Their Homecoming Rally on Thursday, September 27, 2007 (OPH) and Thursday, October 25, 2007(KHHS)

Issue/Rationale

Certificates of Insurance are required for companies displaying due to additional liability.

Proof of Certificates of Insurance will allow the School Board to consider fireworks at this event.

Recommended Action
Accept the Superintendent's recommendation for approval.
