Agenda Item #50 Item Title C-38 Additive Change Order #2 for Coppergate Elementary School Athletic Field Drainage System Issue/Rationale Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are required to add yard drain, sod, and seeding to complete the project. Contractor: Thomas May Construction Company, Engineer: Mittauer & Associates. Recommended Action Approve the Change Order. Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $14,884.81. The Substantial Completion date is August 14, 2009.
