September 17, 2009 Regular Meeting with Public Hearing on Budget Agenda Item #29 Item Title C-17 For Infomation Only: Out of state travel for Richard Barrows Issue/Rationale Richard Barrows, AECS teacher at Orange Park High School, attended the Project Lead The Way Training at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, August 2-14, 2009.  Mr. Barrows is a new hire in the Engineering Academy.  The course was required in order for Richard to be certified to teach the program.    Recommended Action Approve out of state travel.
