September 17, 2009 Regular Meeting with Public Hearing on Budget Agenda Item #19 Item Title C-7 Safety and Education Articulation Agreement between the School Board of Clay County, the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County and the Office of the Sheriff of Clay County Issue/Rationale To provide assistance in early intervention and enhance Safe Schools' efforts to all local schools, with emphasis on secondary schools including Youth Resource Officers. Recommended Action Approve the Safety and Education Articulation Agreement between the School Board of Clay County, the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County and the Office of the Sheriff of Clay County as submitted.
