C-38 Substantial Completion of Clay High School A/C Duct Board Replacement (Phase II)

Issue/Rationale

Establish a Substantial Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Education Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with Project documents. Substantial Completion was achieved on July 29, 2008

 

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (Kenyon & Partners, Inc.), has achieved Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a Substantial Completion date must be formally established.



Recommended Action

Approve Substantial Completion as submitted effective, July 29, 2008.
