September 18, 2014 - Regular Meeting with Public Hearing on the Budget Agenda Item #13 Item Title C-3 Agreement between the School Board and DES of Florida, LLC Issue/Rationale Request approval to contract for the Assistant Superintendent of Business Affairs position. Due to the complexity of the States uncertain financial budget and in order to assist the new Superintendent in navigating through the budgeting process, it is recommended the School Board approve this reasonable request to secure a highly qualified Assistant Superintendent of Business Affairs. Recommended Action Approve Agreement between the Clay County School Board and DES of Florida, LLC. Financial Impact $11,606.29 monthly, not to exceed $139,275.40 yearly, excluding travel.
