Issue/Rationale
Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The Final Completion date was August 20, 2013. This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A., is finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Contractor: Barber & Associates, Inc.
Recommended Action
Approve Final Completion.
